Delivery policy

Track Your Order

The usual period of time for delivery of your products is one week from the moment of confirmation.

Once you place your order, you will receive via email a tracking number. We deliver our roses through UPS.

 

Order Processing

Our order processing time is immediate. To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order, please comply with the following requirements:

 

  • Verify the product quantity, size, and description before placing an order.
  • Provide accurate personal information for successful delivery.
  • Confirm the delivery address before completing the purchase.
  • Ensure that credit card information is correct.
  • Please note that once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or make any changes. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team so we can address and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Backorders

If your order includes one or more items on backorder, your entire order will be shipped together when the backordered items become available.

 

Orders Not Received

If you haven't received your order within 60 days, please contact our customer service team immediately. If you fail to do so within the 60-day window, we cannot grant you a refund for your order.
